Services
This Academy is a certified solar training provider of Electronics Sector Skills Council and Skills Council for Green Jobs in India. Little David Industries Ltd is in collaboration to make it a German-Indian-Nigerian tropicalize here in Nigeria. Under this training, we shall provide Skill Development Services on Solar Panel manufacturing, its Battery manufacturing along with Home-lighting manufacturing, solar Design, Maintenance, Programming, Installation and Marketing.
Therefore, the first batch of 600 trainees to be registered that turn out successful in the training program shall be engaged as the trainers of the academy in Nigeria and West Africa. Other incentives are, the best three performers of the Training Program shall be industrialized. They will be grouped into separate team of Directors and co-owners of Solar Companies. As the successful candidates will be given assistance to set-up these factories; aiding them also with our Indian technical partners to serve in various requirement of the Solar market in Nigeria, viz. Production of Panels, Home-Lighting Systems, LED Lights Assembly, Battery Assembly, Solar lanterns etc.

The Academy
The Academy is a Certified Training provider of Steinbeis India. It is a premium Institution to prepare Fresh Engineers and Working Professionals for an exciting career in Engineering Industry. It provides practical oriented training in the areas of Renewable Energy, Solar PV/Batteries and other Electronics specializations.
Selection of Participant
Students shall undergo a computer based theory test (CBTT) and medical health fitness test to check their potential to undergo this training in Nigeria and the successful prospective students shall be eligible to participate in the training program.
Assessment & Certification
In the training program, an examination shall be conducted consisting of written test; practical examination shall be conducted at the end of the training period by the training Centre. Students shall be provided with India Certification by the Network Centre for Technology Transfer by Steinbies India (2E Knowledge Ventures Pvt. Ltd).
